    Russian cosmonauts on the International Space Station (ISS) are planning to transmit Slow Scan TV images on 145.800 MHz FM using the SSTV mode PD-120.<br><br>The transmissions will be made from the amateur radio station RS0ISS in the Russian ISS Service module (Zvezda) using  the recently installed Kenwood D710GA and new hardware to verify the performance of replacement SSTV equipment.<br><br>Tuesday October 3 start about 14:00 GMT* till Thurnsday October 5 and stop about 18:15 GMT*<br>*Dates and times subject to change.<br><br>For more information on ARISS SSTV, please visit:<br><a href="https://www.spaceflightsoftware.com/ARISS_SSTV/">https://www.spaceflightsoftware.com/ARISS_SSTV/</a><br><br>The SSTV uses the APRS transceiver resulting in the shutdown of the APRS service on 145.825 MHz during SSTV activity.

    <u></u><u></u><u></u><u></u><u></u><u></u><u></u><u></u><u></u><u></u><u></u><u></u><u></u><u></u><u></u>AOS: 08:29:20 UTC<br>RX:<b> 145.800 MHz </b>- FM over Azerbaijan erea.<br><br><b>School Information: <br></b>The Space Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Azercosmos, is organising the first direct amateur radio link with the International Space Station with the direct participation of secondary school students of №149.<br>To date, №149 students in various grades have participated in regional competitions in the category of exact and technical sciences with excellent results, motivating other students, teachers and space enthusiasts to gather for a unique opportunity to interact with space explorers, fostering a spirit of scientific curiosity and inspiration in STEAM sciences.<br>Overall, the student population for the event will consist of 50% from №149 School and 50% from nearby schools, with grades 8 to 11 (final secondary school grade is 11). <br>HAM operators from the Azerbaijan Central Radio Club (4K0HQ) and the Ganja Collective Radio Club (4K2GG) will organise the school's ARISS contact. <br>This is an exceptional opportunity that coincides with two major space events - the International Astronautical Congress in Baku in October 2023 and the annual celebration of World Space Week in early October 2023. At that time, Azercosmos, in cooperation with ARISS, will use its expertise to prepare this amateur radio link for the Q&amp;A communication session between the students and the astronaut in space on board the ISS.<br>As many of the following questions will be asked as the radio link time during the ISS flyby will allow.<br><br><b>Students First Names &amp; Questions:</b><br>1.
