The satellite was designed to operate in orbit for five years.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Its decoding is more complicated than for NOAA (15, 18, 19). The latter is simple. Put the receiver on WideFM, set the frequency, feed the <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Software with <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">audio signal (analog) and here&#8217;s the image.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Meteor-M2 doesn&#8217;t work like that. First of all, the signal has 100KHz band, QPSK encoding and there is no audio. It&#8217;s like listening to the HDMI signal from the monitor. Only noise is heard. Unlike NOAA, the signal is digital and not so strong. The (free) software developed by talented guys is not as fancy as WxtoImg. Apart from the fact that it makes an incredible decoding, it does not put Lat \/ Long lines and state borders, it does not know how to make composite images (from several passes). In order to obtain an intelligible image another software must be used, which corrects the optical effect of the satellite cameras and renders the colors in a <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">spectrum <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">more pleasing to the eye.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">But the resolution is amazing. NOAA has 4Km \/ pixel. Meteor-M2 is <strong>12 times<\/strong> larger &#8211; 330m \/ pixel.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">An EXCELLENT tutorial can be found <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"http:\/\/happysat.nl\/Setup_Meteor\/Setup.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a><\/span><\/span>. It is necessary to follow everything with patience and attention, not in a hurry. Aceasta din urm\u0103 e simpl\u0103. Iei receptorul pe WideFM, pui frecven\u021ba, dai demnal audio (analogic) \u00een Soft \u0219i gata imaginea.<br \/>\nLa Meteor-M2 nu merge a\u0219a. \u00cen primul r\u00e2nd semnalul are banda de 100KHz, codare QPSK \u0219i nu e niciun fel de audio. E ca \u0219i cum ai asculta semnalul HDMI de la monitor. Se aude doar zgomot. Spre deosebire de NOAA, semnalul e digital \u0219i nici nu e a\u0219a de puternic. Softul (gratuit) dezvoltat de ni\u0219te b\u0103ie\u021bi talenta\u021bi, nu e a\u0219a de fancy ca WxtoImg. In afar\u0103 de faptul c\u0103 face o decodare incredibil\u0103, nu \u0219tie s\u0103 pun\u0103 grada\u021biuni de Lat\/Long \u0219i grani\u021be statale, nu \u0219ie s\u0103 fac\u0103 imagini compozite (din mai multe treceri). Pentru a ob\u021bine o imagine inteligibil\u0103 mai trebuie folosit un soft, care corecteaz\u0103 efectul optic al camerelor satelitului \u0219i red\u0103 culorile \u00eentr-un spectru mai pl\u0103cut ochiului.<\/p>\n<p>Dar rezolu\u021bia e uimitoare. La NOAA e de 4Km\/pixel. La Meteor-M2 de de 12 ori mai mare &#8211; <strong>330m\/pixel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/happysat.nl\/Setup_Meteor\/Setup.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Un tutorial EXCELENT g\u0103se\u0219ti aici<\/a>.
