\It was probably that cheap because its a fake dyson. The philips screws are the give away, But he silver motor bottom is also a fake giveaway. Real dysons use Torx screws all over and have a brass and black bottom of the motor, Also they put heat shrink on the incoming power cablle joints.
Ive just worked on a fake HD08 like yours and it was a flawless fake until i got past the slide off handle and saw the philips scres and the base of the motor.
It works 🥳
